Sydney Fireworks, New Year's Eve 07/08

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It’s 21 minutes past midnight and I’ve just watched the coverage of the New Year’s Eve fireworks party in Sydney on Channel 10. I’ve said my quick thank you prayer for 2007 – no matter how challenging it was, I’m still in one piece, relatively healthy, have a house, with most of my needs met already. 🙂 I am going to say another prayer before I head off to sleep on the couch with the airconditioner on. It’s still a warm night over here – it’s still 32.8C here in Adelaide. Pretty warm indeed! It reached 42.2C today so it’s been another hot day here in Adelaide.
