Rain, rain, don’t go to Spain!

Adelaide is blanketed in soft rain. Although you can’t hear its pitter patter, when you look out the window the soft droplets are falling from the sky moistening the parched earth. Seeing the rain just makes me happy – everything seems so still, so peaceful. It’s been a while since I enjoyed this kind of day. 🙂

I woke up at 7.30am but I decided to continue my sleep, so I only got up properly at 9.30am. I had my coffee already and will probably make another one to kickstart my day. I have to finish my annual report for the Indonesian church and after that I will quickly have my shower and head to my pastor’s house for a singing practice. We will have our church committee meeting after the singing practice, so it will be quite a full day today!

“I’m singing in the rain … just singing in the rain! What a glorious feelin’, I’m happy again!”

I've finally relented to the lures of blogging - and for those who care, well, I'm a self-confessed geek who's a wanderer at heart, who thinks and analyses too much, and who's trying hard to hold on to his 7-year old inner persona.
